Return Policy

At Thique, customer satisfaction and product safety are top priorities. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work for your orders.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the hygienic and personal care nature of our haircare products, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product.

  • You received a damaged or leaking product.

  • You received a product with tampered or broken packaging at the time of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage in transit.

Return Request Window

You must raise a return or replacement request within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at support@thique.com with your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable:

  • Opened, used, or partially used products.

  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories/free gifts.

  • Items purchased during clearance or marked as “Final Sale”.

  • Products damaged due to improper use, storage, or mishandling by the customer.

Refunds & Mode of Payment

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

  • COD Orders: Refund will be issued as store credit or to your bank account (details collected during the process).

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account after confirmation, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a replacement will be arranged at no extra cost after verification. If a replacement is not available, a full refund or store credit will be issued.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you can check if it qualifies for return under this policy.

Exchange Policy

Direct product-to-product exchanges are not currently supported. If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order.
