Shipping & COD Information

• Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours.
• Delivery Timelines: Expect your order within 3-5 business days for metros, and 5-7 days for non-metro and remote pin codes.
• Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available pan-India. To cover the extra logistics cost, a flat convenience fee of ₹55 applies to all COD orders. Note: Repeatedly refusing COD orders at the doorstep may result in account-level restrictions for future COD purchases.

Returns & Exchanges

Because thique is a personal care product, we adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards.

• Strict No-Return Policy on Opened Goods: We do not accept returns or exchanges for products based on dissatisfaction, fragrance, or perceived effectiveness once the product has been delivered and opened.
• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a leaking bottle, a damaged box, or the wrong item, we will replace it immediately. You must notify us at [Insert Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery.

The Mandatory Unboxing Video

To protect both you as a customer and us as a startup, we require an unboxing video for any damage, leakage, or missing item claims.

• Please record a continuous, unedited video showing the sealed package being opened and the condition of the serum inside.
• Claims submitted without an unboxing video or clear photos of the shipping label and outer box unfortunately cannot be processed.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations: You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before it has been dispatched. Once the AWB (tracking number) is generated and the package leaves our facility, we cannot cancel the order.
• Refunds: For approved cancellations or transit-damaged items where a replacement isn't preferred, refunds are processed back to your original payment method (UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking) within 5-7 business days. We do not issue cash refunds for COD orders; you will be asked to provide bank details or UPI ID for the transfer.
