All orders are carefully processed and prepared within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is confirmed, our team inspects each product to ensure it meets our quality standards before packaging and dispatch.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping options across India:

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders above ₹499

  • Orders below ₹499: Flat shipping charge of ₹49

  • Express Shipping: Available at ₹99 (Delivery within 2-3 business days to metro cities)

Delivery Timeline

Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary based on product availability, geographic location, and courier partner service in your area.

Metro Cities: 3-4 business days
Tier 2 Cities: 4-6 business days
Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

Shipping Coverage

Thique currently ships to all serviceable locations across India. You can verify serviceability for your PIN code at checkout before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details and the courier partner information. You can also track your order by:

  • Logging into your Thique account and visiting the "My Orders" section

  • Using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email

  • Contacting our customer support team with your order number

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping options are coming soon.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time. Please provide a complete street address for successful delivery. Certain remote locations may experience extended delivery times or may not be serviceable by our courier partners.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund.
